With over 16 years of culinary experience, Chef Novak has honed his acclaimed talents at Omaha favorites including The Boiler Room and Clean Slate Food Co., and helped launch Monarch and Ruhlmans Steakhouse. His expertise extends from fine dining to artisan baking and butchery, including his work at The Mercato.

Andrew Novak brings 15+ years of culinary and fine dining experience to the table. Born and raised in Omaha, Andrew earned his degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from MCC and has done extensive work throughout the Omaha culinary scene.

Cheyanne Loeffler

Cheyanne Loeffler, Andrew’s managing partner and real life partner, also brings 13+ years of restaurant experience to the table, with a career path built around front of house leadership and craft cocktailing. Born in western Nebraska, she moved to Omaha post Covid.
